Terms and conditions
In order to keep my workshops viable, I have introduced some terms and conditions:
Your initial contact via the website is to check availability and reserve a place on a particular course
I will then advise you of availability, and approximately 4-6 weeks before the course will ask for payment
Should for any reason I have to cancel the course (for example due to illness) you will be offered the chance to book another date, or get a full refund
Should you have to cancel your place, please give as much notice as possible - it is in your best interest.
If you need to cancel you can transfer the place to someone else you know. If you cannot do this, I will then offer the place to any people on my reserve or interested parties list. Should the place be filled this way, I will provide a full refund. If I have to advertise (facebook/local websites) I will incur extra cost. If I fill the place after advertising, you will get a refund but incur a £15 charge for the advertising. If I do not fill the place even after advertising I will not be able to offer a refund
Your cancellation is only activated when I confirm receipt of your email or phone call
