Learn how to make fabulous bread in a family kitchen, giving you the best chance of success in your own home!



With nearly three years running my own micro-bakery, I'm a passionate bread advocate, and want to share with you my skills and enjoyment of making your own bread.  You won't look back!

Whether you have never made bread before, or bake frequently, my day and half day workshops offer you a relaxed, informal and friendly home environment to develop your skills.

The workshops

With only four participants per workshop you are guaranteed lots of personal guidance to develop your bread making skills. You get to take all your bakes home with you together with the recipes and tips. Below you can see the types of workshops that I run.

Many people come back a second, third or even a fourth time, so early booking is advised.  If you'd like advance notice of new course dates, please sign up for details.
